Adds image-to-GeoJSON processing
thedynamicpacifAdds a Flask web application to process uploaded images, convert them to GeoJSON using OpenCV and GDAL (if available), and display the results on a Leaflet map. Includes file uploads, error handling, and download functionality. The application uses `app.py`, `main.py`, `utils/image_processing.py`, `utils/geo_processing.py`, and associated static files and templates.
